How Timeless Jewels work
Most results use four inputs. Reclaimed Malevolence also needs the character class and Ascendancy because Zorath changes an allocated path.
- JewelSets the transformation rules and faction.
- FigureSelects the historical keystone outcome.
- SeedDetermines deterministic node rolls.
- SocketDefines which passives fall inside the radius.
- PathUses Zorath's shortest class-start route and Ascendancy result.

Timeless Jewel FAQ
Short answers to the details that most often cause an incorrect result.
01What is a Timeless Jewel seed?
The seed is the number printed in the jewel's historical modifier. It selects a deterministic set of changes for that jewel type. The same type and seed always produce the same node changes on the same passive tree version.
02Does the socket position change the result?
Yes. Classic and Kalguur Timeless Jewels transform passives inside their radius. The new Abyss jewels use their own socket records, while Reclaimed Malevolence follows the allocated route to a class start. Moving the jewel can therefore change the result completely.
03Why do I need to select a conqueror or historical figure?
The figure printed on the jewel determines which keystone transformation applies. A seed alone cannot distinguish Doryani from Xibaqua, Kaom from Akoya, or the other current variants.
04Are TimelessCalc results the same as Path of Building?
The calculator data and transformation rules are pinned to Path of Building Community commit 510e03806791db5fb6563ef93104f2a62a273b97. Golden compatibility tests detect differences before a data release.
05Which Path of Exile tree version is supported?
This release supports the Path of Exile 3.29 mainline passive tree with data version 2026-08-21.1. It does not silently switch to a different or historical tree.
06Does this calculator tell me the jewel's trade value?
TimelessCalc does not estimate a market price. It can rank a Seed against your targets, compare candidates and open an official Trade query; listing price and availability still come from the Trade site.
